Thank you for all your kind support and cooperation in the past year(s). Thanks to you, we are still here in spite of the Covid19, and are planning to celebrate our 3rd Year Anniversary on March 13, 2021 by ZOOM.

Celebration will begin with Kanreki (60th Year Birthday) for Rev. Dr.TK Nakagaki and Happy Hour at 7:00PM. Please prepare your own food and drink.

At 8PM, we will begin 3rd Year Anniversary Celebration of Heiwa Peace and Reconciliation Foundation of New York with Oner year interfaith Memorial gathering for Covid 19 victims, as we are aware of so many deaths and sick people that the United States and other world have been experienced. Interfaith Prayer will be offered by Rabbi Joseph Potasnik (Executive VP of New York Board of Rabbi), Guruji Dileepkumar Thankappan (President of World Yoga Community), Ven. Refa (VP of Buddhist Council of New York), Rev. Susanna Macomb (Executive Director of Global Outreach and InterWorship, World Awake Inc.) and Imam Muhammad Shahidullah (President of Interfaith Center of USA).

Our keynote speaker is David Jane, our new board member for Heiwa Peace and Reconciliation Foundation of New York. He is Senior Advisor to the President for Institutional Development at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University (OIST) and Managing Director of the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Foundation in New York. Previously David was Director of Foundation Grants and Assistant to the President at the United States-Japan Foundation where David met Rev. TK Nakagaki.

Our music guest is Soprano Manami Hattori is originally from Kobe, Japan but she has been living and singing in the US for more than a decade. She has recently sung several leading roles in the US and Canada, including the title role in Madama Butterfly with Mercury Opera.

We want to show what Heiwa Foundation has been doing and where we are heading. We want to support the Manji documentary film which will create an important dialogue and education for the swastika symbol and will show a short preview. They will start crowdfunding.

We are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday, March 13. Please join our celebration!!!
